DIRECTOR OF BASEBALL - John "Coach Q" Quahliero

As a 4-year starter and 2 year captain at Clarion University, John excelled as a defensive wizard where he earned PSAC West honors at second base. He is currently in his 8th year as the Director of Baseball for 3H Sports. John is also the co-founder of the 3H Explosion Travel Baseball Program. At this time the Explosion consists of five different teams (8u, 9u, 10u, 11u, & 12u). His annual winter “Have A Day” Baseball Showcase has provided an opportunity for over 35 local prospects to continue their baseball careers at the collegiate level, while two have been drafted. Other annual 3H Baseball programs that John heads include:

·  3H Baseball Academy (Ages 7-14)

·  Backyard Bombers Instructional Program (Ages 4-6)

·  Coach Pitch Winter League “CPWL”  (Ages 6-8)

·  Kid Pitch Winter League “KPWL” (Ages 10u)

·  Holiday Hardball Classic Tournament (9u, 10u, 11u)

He is entering his 15th year as an assistant coach at Neshannock High School (2004 WPIAL & PIAA Champions). The Lancers have won four consecutive Section Titles (“08”,”09”, “10”, & “11”) and were recently crowned WPIAL Champions in 2011 for the 4th time in school history. Coach Q. has been the Director of Ceremonies for the Larry Cioffi Memorial Baseball Game for the past 15 years & is also a  current member of the Potter Baseball Tour advisory committee.
